The cost of our services is based on the size and nature of the sale. The seller pays for advertising costs. We provide a full accounting of the inventory list, fees and sales. Travel expenses are usually required outside the local area.

For an entire home or a smaller group of items, most sellers are pleasantly surprised with the amount the sale generates.
